Additionally, League members have collected donations of high-quality, gently-used ball gowns, cocktail dresses and other women's formal wear for the "Glamour Gowns Booth." Shoppers can purchase these high-end fashions for $50 per dress.

Michael Joplin, brother of the late Port Arthur-raised artist, is scheduled to attend.

Admission: The cost is $35 and all participants receive a T-shirt and lunch. The camp is limited to 75 participants, ages 6-18. Participants are encouraged to bring tennis shoes and baseball equipment. Pre-registration is recommended.
The charity camp will focus on hitting, pitching and base running.
Scheduled to participate this year are: Beaumont native Ben Broussard (Cleveland Indians), Casey Fossum (Tampa Bay Devil Rays) and West Brook grad Jay Bruce (Cincinnati Reds).
All proceeds benefit the Juliet Tyner Memorial Scholarship Foundation. The foundation awards four $1,500 college scholarships to local baseball and softball players.
