The event is AMA sanctioned, pilots are required to have current AMA memberships. Prizes will be drawn every 30 minutes for RC pilots, and a raffle for a Tracy Byrd guitar will be held.
The Beaumont, Mid-County, and Orange County Radio Control Clubs host.

For one day, everyone can fish or crab anywhere without a license.
The Anahuac National Wildlife Refuge is offering demonstrations and workshops for everyone. The activities run from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Admission: cost is $35 per person, which includes appetizers, drinks, a full dinner and the play. Ample parking is available. Proceeds benefit Heritage Society educational programs.
An historical fiction comedy of errors, the play includes audience participation and a meal. Performances take place Friday and Saturday on the 2nd and 3rd weekends in June.
